It features essays from a wonderful collection of authors and visionaries, including Barbara Kingsolver, Alice Walker, Derrick Jensen, Howard Zinn, Vandana Shiva, and Wendell Berry, as well as lesser known writers, including myself. The publisher, North Atlantic Book, calls it’s the most important book they’ve ever published.
